Changed your mind? No problem!

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 we will happily refund or exchange any item if you change your mind within 7 days of the day on which the item was delivered. Providing the item is returned in its unused and unopened condition, fit to be resold, you will receive a full refund plus any delivery charges paid at the time of purchase.

The cost of returning the item to RichPaw HQ is at the sole expense of the buyer and will not be reimbursed.
