Retail Customer Purchases:
We have three different delivery methods to choose from:
1) UK Economy (delivered in 2-3 working days)
2) UK Standard (delivered in 1-2 working days)
3) Worldwide (delivered in 5-10 working days)

100% of our product range is shipped direct from our own premises, right here in the UK. This enables us to offer exceptionally quick delivery lead times and an efficient service to keep our customers happy. After all, you've paid for your order - so why wait!
Our customised/printed clothing range, such as our printed dog t-shirts and printed dog hoodies, are professionally printed in-house using our own specialist equipment.
Smaller orders will be delivered using Royal Mail's delivery services and larger orders will be delivered using UKMail, a DHL company. A signature will be required on arrival. We may split your delivery into several parts subject to stock availability. Don't worry, we wont charge you any extra for this facility.
In some circumstances, beyond our control, there can be unforeseen delivery delays. If you have not received your order by the expected delivery date, please promptly contact Customer Services and we will investigate your order whereabouts. Items lost/damaged in transit will require a claim form to be completed before an authorised report is filed.
Changed your mind? No problem!
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 we will happily refund or exchange any item if you change your mind within 7 days of the day on which the item was delivered.
Providing the item is returned in its unused and unopened condition, fit to be resold, you will receive a full refund plus any delivery charges paid at the time of purchase.
The cost of returning the item to RichPaw HQ is at the sole expense of the buyer and will not be reimbursed. You are responsible for ensuring the safe return of your order as we cannot be held liable for items that are lost/damaged during transit. We recommend using a tracked delivery service or obtaining free proof of postage from your local Post Office branch.
Printed garments are made to order and therefore deemed non-refundable.
Damaged items must be backed up with photographic evidence. We may request for the damaged item to be returned to RichPaw HQ. Please contact Contact Services so we can raise a damaged item report. Valid claims will be handled in a timely manner and once approved, you will receive a replacement free of charge.
